Open the outdoor area above the Library year round

Not sure why students can't access the terrace above the library. Security said they open it in May but it doesn't make sense why it can't be open at other times. We've had some great weather recently and it would be really nice to have that area accessible for students to study or hangout during school.
All students at Glasgow Caledonian University are automatically members of GCU Students' Association.
This membership is free for current GCU students.

You know what, it's been so nice out and all I want is to study in the sun. I've walked past the the terrace everyday hoping it would be open to enjoy that lovely sunshine. I am 100% on board with you, you sound like a nice young man
