The third and fourth floors of the library are meant to be silent so people can work in silence. Recently, there have been people blantantly ignoring this and talking so loud that it makes it really hard to concentrate. Some people can only work in silence and its unfair that these people are so ignorant. Please could you make the signage more clear or make an announcement to ensure everyone knows that you will get kicked out if you can't stay silent.

Absolutely 1000000% agree. If people want to chat they can use the non-silent floors. It is selfish and unfair on those who need silence to work. People come up here expecting silence and instead are surrounded by school kids who are giggling and chatting away as if it's a nightclub. So rude.
