My Manifesto
 

Reliable Wi-Fi Across Campus

• I will advocate for improved Wi-Fi network across campus to ensure reliable and high-speed internet access for all students.

Affordable Parking for Students

• I will work to secure cheaper parking options, easing the financial burden on students who drive to campus.

Cheaper and Varied Food Options on Campus

• I will advocate for reduced food prices and a wider variety of dishes in the university canteen, along with a cash payment option.

Job Fairs, Job Placements & Internships

• I will push for more job fairs, job placements, and internship opportunities, providing all students with better career prospects.

Flexible Submission Deadlines During Exam Period

• I will advocate for multiple flexible options for assessment submission deadlines, allowing students to choose the best one based on personal circumstances, along with 3 resit opportunities for all.

Special Gym for Ladies

Support for Students in Lectures

• I will advocate for support for students who may struggle with certain accents, ensuring equal learning opportunities.

Improved Student Accommodation

• I will work for more affordable, high-quality accommodation options, particularly for international students.

Advocate for a 30% reduction in tuition fees for international students to promote accessibility and inclusivity in higher education.

Celebrating Cultural Diversity

• I will ensure that major cultural occasions like Eid, Diwali, and Holi are celebrated on campus, promoting inclusivity.

Support for Disabled Students & Mental Health Awareness

• I will advocate for resources and accommodations for disabled students, and increase access to mental health services for all.

Equal Representation for Female Students in FTOs & Leadership

• I will advocate for equal representation of female students in Full-Time Officer (FTO) roles and leadership positions.
